Reasonably good staff, nice services, and favourable location close enough to the restaurant and Madurai, where there is a plenty of options and public transport. Nicely furnished rooms with a modernly designed bathroom, food outstanding! A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Early check-in, parking on-site. Everything perfect. Fine stay, as always.

The food at the restaurant was amazing. I loved the room, especially the cool bathroom and the super comfy bed. the staff here were so nice and made my trip really pleasant. 😊

Staffs were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to meet our needs. Onsite parking made it convenient for us to explore the city. We took advantage of their taxi service for hassle-free pick up and drop off. The food was delicious, especially the complimentary breakfast spread. The beds were comfortable and the Wi-Fi speed was impressive. our stay was fantastic!

We had a fantastic new year stay at a hotel in the heart of Madurai. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw from the city center and all the famous attractions. The hotel's standout feature was the excellent staff service and the room amenities, which included a comfortable bed and quality toiletries. The breakfast buffet was lavish and fresh, which made us very happy.

Our only drawback was the bathroom design. Although the bathroom was well-equipped, it was a bit unpractical, and we struggled to manage the water flow that left the floor wet.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main temple and railway line. the room was spacious and comfortable, with efficient laundry services. Although the hotel lacked a food menu on the first day, the restaurant offered reasonably priced and good-quality meals.

The hotel's one rupee technology to open stuck toilet doors was problematic. In the middle of the night, the door wouldn't open, and even the service person required a one rupee coin to unlock it.
